Mac ’N’ Slosh – This cocktail can be found at the famous Esther’s Kitchen located in Downtown Las Vegas. Any Fall and apple pie lovers will go crazy for this spiced rum, lemon, and apple drink. The cinnamon syrup and apple bitters add the perfect fall touch to this trendy cocktail.
The Rested Root – If you ever find yourself at the Bound Bar in the Cromwell, grab one of these award-winning cocktails by mixologist Dominick DeMartino. This is undoubtedly a tequila lovers cocktail with the Herradura Reposado that is used. This cocktail beat out 3,000 entries and 12 selected competitors.
Acqua Di Vida – If you get the chance to visit Mercato located in the Venetian hotel, ask for the bar manager Robert Woods to create the famous Acqua Di Vida. This is a very blue but delicious cocktail inspired by the Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. If you love Bacardi and Malibu, this is the cocktail for you.
Pineapple Under the Sea – The mix of Absolut Elyx, Malibu, and pineapple makes for the freshest cocktail. You’ll need the book to make a few other secret ingredients, but it’s a lovely drink. If you’re not interested in making this cocktail, it can be found at Born and Raised, the official bar of the Las Vegas Golden Knights.
Elephant in The Room – Your taste buds will be thanking you after sipping on this delicious, mint julep-inspired cocktail. One of the lead bartenders at Sparrow & Wolf, Alyssa Ocampo created this drink with Summer in mind. This unique cocktail needs a recipe, but if you find yourself at Sparrow & Wolf, ask for the Elephant in the Room. Yes, it is served in an elephant mug and garnished with a pickled watermelon rind.
Lavender Lover – If you’ve visited Downtown Las Vegas and have never been to the Downtown Cocktail Room, you’re missing out on some of the most incredible cocktails. This speakeasy-style bar has the tastiest lavender-infused gin cocktail with mint and fresh lemon. It’s served in a wine glass to make you feel extra fancy schmancy.
